For the second time in Sweden! Streetstar is proud to present the NORDIC qualification for one of the greatest crew competition. Showcase and mixed-style freestyle battle. This Italian concept has qualifications all over the world and the finalist from all regions meets in the World final in Italy this summer and the festival THE WEEK in Cesenatico July 10-17th 2016.

Street Fighters is choreographic contest with direct elimination system. The four best showcases go through to the next round, which is a mixed-style freestyle battle.

JUDGES

RULES

The judge panel will consist of three (3) judges. All judges will meet the eligibility, training, judge skills level, and requirements set forth by the organizer Streetstar.
Minimum three (3) dancers and maximum six (6) dancers for all competing crew.
All crews will participate by performing their showcase. Performance / music most NOT exceed 5 minutes.
Music must be sent to organizer seven days prior to competition.
The four best showcases go through to the next round, which is a mixed-style freestyle battle. Semifinal and Final battle. Each battle is 10 minutes.

All judges will score each competing team based on the following criteria:
Show: Main Coreographic Idea, execution and interpretation
Style: Flow, Rhythm & Attitude
Technique: Precision and Quality of the dance style you will represent.

Registration Fee: 100 Sek (aprox. 11 €) per dancer.

First price: To represent The Nordic Countries at the world final in Italy and the festival THE WEEK in Cesenatico July 17th. Travel and accommodation costs covered by Streetstar.

DANCERS REGISTRATION

Dancers have to register on the form below (COMING SOON) and have to sign in the venue on the day of the event, May 7th, at 15:00-16:00.
